Southern California Gas Company’s Demand Side Management Pilot Bid

  • 1995 – Annual measured therm savings of 3,379,121 therms. Exceeded estimated savings.

Southern California Gas Company’s Residential Standard Performance Contract

  • 1998 – Saved 9,300,000 therms for 92 apartment properties

Southern California Gas Company’s Residential Contractor Program

  • 2000 – Delivered a measured annual therm savings of 450,000 units.

Southern California Gas Company/Pacific Gas & Electric Multi-Family Summer Initiative Program

  • 2001 – Installed over 253 water heater controllers in 92 multi-family buildings serving 9,500 units as prime subcontractor.

Southern California Gas Company’s Third Party Bidding Program

  • 2002 – Installed 188 high efficiency commercial water boilers in commercial laundries, hotels, motels, schools and other difficult-to-reach customers. Lifecycle savings of 7,200,000 therms.

Southern California Gas Company’s Gas Only Free Energy Program

  • 2003 – Served as subcontractor and installed 214 controllers in 128 multi-family apartment buildings.
